Issa Barte (She/Her) is a 25 year old Filipino artist and the Co-Founder of For the Future, a youth-run NGO that provides avenues of environmental action through stories in service of the people and planet. She explores human connection and emotion, and integrates these into her advocacy in working with indigenous communities and the youth. Barte is a multiple TEDx speaker sharing stories of the youth at work and the Filipino hope. She has been locally published and internationally featured for her work.
